Raceworks Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s what you need to know:
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (metro areas).
- Regional and remote areas may take longer.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
- We currently ship within Australia only. For international inquiries, please contact us at sales@premierautotrade.com.au.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@premierautotrade.com.au or call 1300 472 872.
