Raceworks Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s what you need to know:


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (metro areas).
  • Regional and remote areas may take longer.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship within Australia only. For international inquiries, please contact us at sales@premierautotrade.com.au.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@premierautotrade.com.au or call 1300 472 872.
