We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

If your item is faulty, unsafe, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights apply regardless of any other policy terms.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Prior Approval Required: All returns must be authorised by Roadsafe (RSV) and issued a Credit Return Number (CRN).
  • How to Get a CRN: Call us on 1300 472 872 and speak with a sales representative, or e-mail us on sales@premierautotrade.com.au.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be clean, unused, and in re-saleable condition. Products that have been fitted, attempted to be fitted, or discontinued cannot be returned.
  • Timeframe:
    • Within 14 days of invoice: May be subject to a restocking fee.
    • 15–29 days: 10% restocking fee applies.
    • After 30 days: Returns for credit are not accepted (except where ACL applies for faulty goods).
  • Return Freight: Customers must prepay return shipping. We cannot accept freight-forward returns.

Warranty

Raceworks products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and/or materials. If a product is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement under warranty. 

  • Invoice Number Required: Please provide your invoice number when requesting a return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us for a CRN before sending any items back.
  2. Include the CRN and invoice number with your return.
  3. Ship items to us freight prepaid.
